POWERNEEMA® JACKETED HMPE Mooring Rope
POWERNEEMA® JACKETED is an HMPE mooring rope with a braided HMPE protective jacket, designed for vessel applications where high strength, low rope weight, low elongation, and additional external wear protection are required.
The HMPE core provides the rope’s primary tensile performance, while the braided HMPE jacket helps shield the load-bearing structure from abrasion, repeated handling wear, and localized contact with fairleads, chocks, winches, and other deck equipment.
With a density of approximately 0.97 g/cm³, POWERNEEMA® JACKETED remains floating and lightweight while providing a more protected outer surface for demanding mooring environments.

When Should You Choose POWERNEEMA® JACKETED?
Choose POWERNEEMA® JACKETED when the mooring system requires the high strength, low weight, and low elongation of HMPE, but the rope is also expected to experience frequent handling or elevated external abrasion exposure.
It is particularly relevant where:
- the line repeatedly passes through fairleads or chocks;
- the rope is frequently handled on winches or deck equipment;
