3. Testing & Certification
The FBR Testing Center operates to global standards and holds CNAS certification. Our facilities include advanced equipment such as 2,500-ton, 500-ton, 300-ton, and 50-ton tensile testers, along with devices that simulate real working conditions like fatigue, wear, and aging. We perform complete testing on all synthetic fiber rope types, evaluating strength, elongation, fatigue resistance, stiffness, and other key properties. Many tests run continuously for weeks or even months to ensure compliance with international and customer-specific standards.
4. Installation Support
Our application engineers bring hands-on experience from a wide range of global projects, including port mooring, towing, lifting, engineering vessels, scientific research platforms, oil and gas installations, offshore wind, and solar power structures. We deliver expert guidance for synthetic fiber rope installation to ensure optimal performance and safety.
