POWERMULTI™ Mooring Rope
POWERMULTI™ is an 8- and 12-strand polypropylene multifilament mooring rope designed for general vessel mooring applications where softness, flexibility, buoyancy, and lightweight handling are important.
Made from bundles of fine polypropylene filaments, POWERMULTI™ provides a softer and more pliable rope structure than coarse-filament polypropylene constructions. With a density of approximately 0.91 g/cm³, the rope floats in water and maintains stable basic fiber properties in wet service.
POWERMULTI™ is suitable for general ship mooring, port and terminal berthing, coastal and harbor vessel mooring, and selected secondary or auxiliary mooring arrangements. Final selection should consider required strength or LDBF, elongation, abrasion and UV exposure, line size, deck equipment, and expected service conditions.
