POWERNEEMA®
POWERNEEMA® is a high-strength HMPE towing rope designed for marine towing applications where maximum strength-to-weight performance, low elongation, buoyancy, and efficient handling are important.
Made from high-modulus polyethylene (HMPE) fiber, POWERNEEMA® combines high breaking strength with significantly lower rope weight than conventional steel wire systems. Its low-density construction allows the rope to float, supporting easier deployment, recovery, and onboard handling during towing operations.
The low-elongation characteristics of HMPE provide controlled towline response, while towline length, stretchers, connections, winch configuration, and abrasion protection should be considered as part of the complete towing system.
