Dual-Booth Presence Showcases Integrated Capabilities

For the first time, FBR adopted a dual-exhibition strategy, operating both an independent booth (W3D3A) and a joint booth within the COSCO Shipping Group pavilion (W4B1A). This coordinated layout enabled FBR to present a comprehensive view of its capabilities, combining advanced material engineering with digital lifecycle management solutions.

Central to the display was the FIRM Rope Lifecycle Management System, together with ID-Tag™ smart labeling technology, enabling end-to-end digital management of mooring ropes—from deployment and inspection to maintenance and retirement. On-site technical specialists provided professional English demonstrations, offering international visitors a clear view of how digitalization can enhance safety, efficiency, and asset transparency in rope management.

Industry Recognition and Certification Milestone

On December 3, FBR received an Approval in Principle (AIP) certificate from China Classification Society for its FIRM Rope Comprehensive Management System. The certification confirms the system’s reliability, compliance, and practical applicability, establishing it as a benchmark solution for rope lifecycle management in the industry.
